I love that show! It has a really unique take on the possible future of AI. As of now, Uploaded Intelligence is just fantasy as AI isn't able to completely replicate the ways in which human brains process information and produce emotions. Since AI can already write code, I think it's possible that a quickly-evolving AI could expand its own code outside of direct human input. Very interesting questions!
